Mary Ann, 81, of Hamilton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 6, 2016. Mary Ann was born on March 27, 1935 in Bellaire, Ohio to Angela and Clarence Wiggins. On January 27, 1955, she married Theodore Boyer. Mary Ann taught elementary education at New Miami Schools for over 30 years, retiring in 2005. She was an active member of Grace United Methodist Church and devoted much of her time to Matthew Ministries, Chosen, Living Waters and Missions with Grace. Mary Ann’s wonderful personality and kindness touched so many people throughout her life. She loved to be with family and friends, travel, and give back to the community. Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 61 years, Ted Boyer; children, David (Ann) Boyer, Fort Wright, KY, Steven (Jill) Boyer, Hamilton; grandchildren, Christopher, Samantha, Megan, Alexa Boyer and Adam Holstein-Seibert; sister, Bernadine Hartline of Bellaire. She is preceded in death by her mother and father. Memorial service will be held Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Grace United Methodist Church, 1200 Main St., Hamilton, visitation from 4:00 to 6:00pm with memorial beginning at 6:00pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to SPCA or Grace United Methodist Church. Cremation Society of Greater Cincinnati serving the family.
