Daniel French Linhardt September 8, 1985 - December 2, 2025

Daniel French Linhardt, age 40, passed away on December 2^nd, 2025, surrounded by family.  He was born on September 8^th, 1985, in Concord, Massachusetts to Chris and Jan Linhardt. Dan grew up in Fairborn, Ohio and attended Xenia Christian High School where he graduated in 2003.  He married Sarah Lubell on April 18, 2017, at their home in Bellevue, KY.  Dan worked in restaurants his whole career serving and feeding the people of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.  In his spare time, he enjoyed rooting for his beloved Auburn Tigers, listening to music, and amusing his friends and loved ones with a story (or several).   He is survived by his wife, Sarah Lubell, daughter Lydia, parents Jan and Chris Linhardt, sisters Sarah Linhardt and Anna (Morgan) Thornburg, and grandparents Robert and Diana Linhardt and Forrest and Joyce French.  A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Friday December 12 from 1-4pm at The Prestant (720 York Street Newport, KY).  Open house to begin at 1PM with service at 2PM.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Shriner’s Children’s.
