Cynthia M. “Cindy” Clarke (nee Williams), born July 10, 1953 entered into heaven on January 6, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents James Lewis and Mildred Lorrena Williams, daughter Norma Lorrena Seibert, sister Patty Williams and brothers Dave and Bob Williams. Cindy is survived by her husband John Clarke, daughter Christie (Sean) Victor, sons Gerald “Lynnie” Seibert, II, Johnny Ray (Mary Jo) Smith, sister Charlene Williams and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cindy was a loving mother,m grandmother and wife. She could make any conversation fun and she loved to laugh. Cindy spent many years living in Florida before coming back home to be near her children. Services will be held privately.
