Ray was a beloved coworker, son, brother, and uncle to many. He was an accomplished chef that always had a smile for everyone. He was passionate about music and good food and the well being of those around him and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his sisters, Sngiem Hoeng, Sngiem Hang, Sngiem Toruń and brother Sngiem Vethou.

Sadly the pandemic had other plans and he passed during a dangerous time so I never got to meet his family. Hope you’re drinking Corona in Heaven. Miss you Rambo. I will miss our trips to the buffets, the many amazing lunches you made, our trips to Red Lobster (once in the MR2) and that special time you paid for my family’s Thanksgiving meal at the Final Cut. My family loved you for that. You don’t find better friends than Rambo in life. Rest and Relax my old pal.
