Eric Viox, 60, of Cincinnati passed away suddenly at UC Hospital on Friday, February 5, 2016. Eric is preceded in death by his father John Viox and his brother Roney Viox. Eric leaves behind his loving wife of 26 years Catherine Gabriel Viox, his son Jordan Viox and his daughter Kasha Viox. He will be dearly missed by his mother Mary (John) Dapper, his stepmother Phyllis Viox and his siblings; Donna (George) Buchmaster, Joe Viox, Todd Viox, John (Kelly)Viox, Kevin (Jani) Viox and Holly Viox. Eric turned his love of horse racing into a career and was able to retire as an official racing steward. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
